CARGO - 1997 - Porro Cargo was conceived for the home and home office, offering space for TV, video and computer accessories, a drawer for storage of cassettes and disks, and tidy cable management. Its three closed sides are formed by a single steel sheet curved at the corners for rigidity. The drawer and side handle detail is inspired by a technique used in cardboard packaging in which the handle shape is bent back inside the volume to offer a comfortable grip.
